DIRECTOR
Scott’s recent stage productions include his original adaptation of Anton Chekhov’s, Three Sisters (Mostar Youth Theatre, Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Koltès’, Night at the Edge of the Forest (KUD France Preseren, Ljubljana).
Also in Southeastern Europe, he directed Irene Fornes’, Mud (Zagreb Theatre for Youth, Croatia), St. Vincent Millay’s, Aria Da Capo (Ormoz Festival, Slovenia), and Sara Kane’s, 4.48 Psychosis (Academy of Dramatic Art, Zagreb). For Belgrade’s Atelier 212, Scott collaborated with Slovenian director Tomi Janežić on King Lear, and also Maeterlinck’s, The Blind, for the Macedonian National Theatre in Skopje.
Other productions include works by Gertrude Stein, Slawomir Mrozek, Tankred Dorst, Robert Frost, Günter Grass, Henrik Ibsen, and Rainer Maria Rilke. For New York’s The Actors’ Ensemble, Scott directed plays by Tina Howe, Ray Bradbury, Thich Nhat Hahn, Henry Miller, and W.B. Yeats.
